tidb节点状态为 Down ，无法将 Down 的 tidb 节点启动起来

–config-check --config=/ssd/tidb-deploy/tidb-14000/conf/tidb.toml }, cause: Process exited with status 1: check config failed

看起来是配置文件有错误…
多检查一下吧
