Error: Deploy port conflicts to an existing cluster (spec.deploy.port_conflict)

The port you specified in the topology file is:
Port: 2379
Component: pd 123.14.226.212

It conflicts to a port in the existing cluster:
Existing Cluster Name: tidb-test
Existing Port: 2379
Existing Component: pd 123.14.226.212

Please change to use another port or another host.
【复现路径】做过哪些操作出现的问题
【问题现象及影响】
之前有安装过Tidb集群，在升级Tidb的时候报错，当时没想解决，直接重新创建，目前我的操作系统重置了，但是提示我其中一个节点的 2379 端口已经被占用？重新做了操作系统，重新部署TiDB集群不应该还被占用的

重装os，只是系统盘重装，数据盘的一些目录文件还在，根据提示找下，清理掉。

感谢回复，我看了下，我的服务器上是没有 /tidb-deploy/pd-2379这类的目录的

那就netstat或者ss看看 谁占用了端口

以root用户执行netstat -lntp|grep ‘port’，找到相应的pid，kill pid就好了
