不需要特殊配置的，先检查下网络、防火墙或代理等方面的原因

另外可以尝试查询或切换 dashboard 运行的 pd 地址

使用 TiUP 部署时，对于已启动的集群，可通过 tiup cluster display 命令查看哪个 PD 节点提供了 TiDB Dashboard 服务（将 CLUSTER_NAME 替换为集群名称）：
tiup cluster display CLUSTER_NAME --dashboard
在我的环境中，报错：
$ tiup cluster display tidb-bxtjfx --dashboard
Starting component cluster: display tidb-bxtjfx --dashboard
Error: failed to retrieve TiDB Dashboard instance from PD: no pd endpoint available, the last err is: json: cannot unmarshal object into Go struct field ScheduleConfig.schedule.schedulers-payload of type string
Verbose debug logs has been written to /home/tihexa/logs/tiup-cluster-debug-2020-10-12-16-50-06.log.
Error: run `` (wd:/home/tihexa/.tiup/data/SDBvesX) failed: exit status 1

tiup cluster display 看到的 pd 状态是否正常，dashboard 节点的 status 应该是 Up|UI
执行tiup cluster display CLUSTER_NAME，输出的内容没有dashboard的相关信息

目前访问这个 dashboard 页面显示什么呢，有截图吗，可以看下。
看到这边 ip 都已经脱敏了，请自行确定下 curl config 内容中的 dashboard-address 值是否能匹配到 pd-server 的地址。
找到原因了，是我本地机器到PD服务器的2379端口不通

这边没看到 tiup 的版本，可以升级到最新版本，看下这个 UI 是否可以展示
tiup cluster display 看不到dashboard 节点的 status ，这个本来就是不显示的吗？
