抱歉，目前确认为新版本引入问题，请使用 3.0.13 版本看是否可解决这个问题，此问题下个版本修复，https://github.com/tikv/importer/pull/64

这边也可以使用 4.0.0-rc.1 来测试，此版本没有问题。

刚使用4.0.0.RC1是可以的，不过目前TiDB的版本是RC2了

3.0 目前还是 open 状态：https://github.com/tikv/importer/pull/65

4.0 建议使用 rc.1 版本，rc.2 也是有这个问题，ga 以后会好，具体可以看下 pr，感谢反馈。
