tiup 部署 pd display 显示异常

使用tiup安装，tidb v4.0.0-rc
现在pd显示有问题
1.使用 tiup cluster display demo

2.使用pd-ctl

3.dashboard无法连接

4.错误日志

请检查

pd 所在三台服务器防火墙，selinux 是否关闭
display 访问解决可能和网络有关，请检查三台服务器上的 pd 服务器是否正常
方便分别提供下三台服务器的 pd.log

pd.rar (1.4 MB) 我把131 缩容后又扩容，还是不行，而且tidb-server也连接不上，dashboard也都看不了

根据日志中的报错信息

请根据上面建议检查 10.1.106.131 防火墙是否关闭或者 2380 端口是否被开放。感谢配合
