但是我安装要求操作如下，并没有解决。我之前也明确安装了python-Jinja2：

新环境，早上刚安装的系统。没有做作安全加固。

这一步操作，使用 root和tidb用户都可以执行吧？

你好： 如果是正式环境，建议重新安装，使用tidb用户安装，多谢
