印象中好像不能跨大版本升级吧，应该先从3.0到4.0，再从4.0到5.0

tiup cluster upgrade test-cluster v5.1.0 我直接就升级成功了

要在现有集群上添加tiflash节点，可以编写scare-out.yml配置文件。
添加tiflash的配置即可。

参考完整配置文件：https://github.com/pingcap/docs-cn/blob/master/config-templates/complex-tiflash.yaml
如果只想加tiflash节点，那么就将tiflash节点配置相关的配置信息写入scare-out.yaml配置文件。
然后使用tiup执行扩容命令：

tiup cluster scale-out <cluster-name> <topology.yaml>
