服务器是离线不能联网的，启动的时候提示无法获取timestamp.json，如何去掉这个验证？

这个是必须的吗？是否要以忽略？

tiup mirror show看下当前环境是否设置的在线镜像，是的话，按照官网教程修改为离线镜像

应该忽略不了吧，不能联网还是换成离线镜像好些
