升级V4.0.13版本报 错如下：error often, try increasing tidb_max_delta_schema_count. [try again later] 升级 好后有些SQL更慢了，之后很快的，例如：IN 就很慢了

对于查询 SQL 升级前，建议用 https://github.com/qw4990/plan-change-capturer 工具对比执行计划；对于写入更新类的 SQL，可以先通过监控初步判断是慢在 TiDB 还是 TiKV 并上传相关 grafana 监控快照，TiKV 写入慢可以参考 https://docs.pingcap.com/zh/tidb/v5.0/tidb-troubleshooting-map#45-tikv-写入慢
