  1. 根据报错，BR:PD:ErrPDUpdateFailed 可以检查下网络和 PD 监控，是否PD压力太大。
  2. 是否测试的资源很少？ PD 节点和网络配置可以参考官方文档是否达标。比如，建议使用带宽 >=10Gbps 的网卡。 设置 region-concurrency 配置项的值为逻辑 CPU 数的 75%
