PD2379 无法启动

V4.0.0

【问题描述】
按照官网单击模拟集群模式部署，部署启动时 卡在Starting instance pd 192.168.1.193:2379，提示如下
Error: failed to start pd: failed to start: pd 192.168.1.193:2379, please check the instance’s log(/tidb-deploy/pd-2379/log) for more detail.: timed out waiting for port 2379 to be started after 2m0s
排查了PD2379 目录下的log目录没有日志文件。

系统防火墙全部关闭。
