执行 tiup cluster --no-backup -d /home/tidb/tidb-ansible 看下是否解决。

tiup cluster list，上传看下
如果存在和本集群冲突的名字，并没有做过扩缩容，可以删除 /root/.tiup/storage/cluster/clusters/集群名称 目录，再重新 import 即可。
似的，日志打印的还算清楚哈，根据提示命令检查下集群把。，
请排查 tiflash日志中是否有这些类似 “Read 2 rows” 的日志，如果有其实说明 pd 没有把数据调度到tiflash节点。 建议先尝试把集群升级至 v4.0.0-rc.2，pd 修复了一些调度不生效相关的 bug。
