问题解决了。
问题原因：
/root/.ssh/目录下的公钥和私钥 和 /root/.tiup/storage/cluster/clusters/tidb_sherlock/ssh/ 下面的不一致
解决方案：
以 /root/.tiup/storage/cluster/clusters/tidb_sherlock/ssh/ 为准，重新配置ssh互信，问题解决。
具体为啥这俩不一样：
