你有重新设置tiflash replica么？
scale-in节点后之后，有没有执行prune掉offline的节点？
都设置了. 不管用. 我昨天甚至把数据库设置成了 1
tiup cluster prune xxxxtidb --force 没有提示success 是我哪里操作不对吗

昨天晚上 修改了与之前tiflash 完全不一样的端口可以挂上tiflash了.
–》 应该是 dba-kit 老师说的: “你混部的场景是把TiFlash和谁混部了啊，看下是不是端口冲突了。找了下TiFlash的端口还是挺多的” 之类的问题, 或者进程没清理干净.
但是发现tiflash 没有任何同步动作.
–》 这个在 tiflash 进程状态正常, 且设置 tiflash 副本后, 还没有进度,
–》 就需要重新看 tiflash 最近产生的日志了
tiup cluster prune xxxxtidb --force
–》 不要用, --force, force 是忽略一切
–》 可能会出现, 进程没停掉, 目录直接删了之类的情况, 一般用完 force 通常都要手动去检查一下(日志, 目录, tiup 日志…)
重新构建后, 有参考 构建 TiFlash 副本 | PingCAP 文档中心 看进度吧, 以及加速之类的吧.
