PD 日志报错 [ERROR] cluster ID mismatch，一般是什么情况？

请教一下，PD 日志中报错如下，涉及到版本为 all：

[ERROR] cluster ID mismatch: local_id 6628730339020561916 remote_id 6628758774312208207. you are trying to connect to another cluster, please reconnect to the correct PD

原因：

TiKV local id 和 PD 的 id 信息对不上。

1. 排查是否有扩容 TiKV 目录没有清理，或者其他集群的的 TiKV 节点加入了集群
2. PD 错误，非以前的 PD 集群。
